ZD Project Highlights – Magnolia House
Magnolia House was conceptualised by BuilderHer Collective Member Barbara Ramsay. Its generous allotment is set in lush Ivanhoe in Melbourne's North Eastern suburbs. The transformation of this 1940s red brick home is stunningly unrecognisable. Once inside, the home unfolds to reveal a modern addition to the rear providing an expansive and playful oasis for this young family of 5.
Zenn’s project brief was to provide custom window coverings throughout and a fully upholstered custom bed with side tables to the master suite. The window furnishings were sympathetically designed and installed to retain the home's period details such as the beautiful intricate cornices in the master suite.
