Project Highlight – Highlawn House

Based in Melbourne’s inner western suburbs, Highlawn House is a design triumph with its striking exterior that draws you in to reveal a sweeping spiral staircase and soaring voids that set the tone for a home of precise grandeur. Generous in both scale and spirit, every space has been shaped with meticulous design intent, blending size with the warmth and functionality of modern family living.

Zenn Design was engaged extensively throughout the home, from custom window furnishings complete with motorisation, custom indoor and outdoor fixed/loose upholstery, dining stools, bespoke beds and ottomans. Every piece was developed in close collaboration with Rachel Portaro of Lume Interiors, aligning seamlessly with the home’s bold architectural statement and refined design narrative.
