Project Highlight – The New Trend

Situated within the lobby of Brisbane’s renowned designer hotel, The Calile, this project reveals the perfect pairing of design and luxury in equal measure.

Designed by AKI Interior Design, “The store embodies a dialogue between European design sensibility and TNT’s global perspective, reflecting an elevated and intentional approach” - The Local Project.

The space celebrates Australian craftsmanship, featuring collaborations with local artisans such as ceramicist Sarah Nedovic Gaunt and sculptural artist Studio Tops, whose works carry a sense of tactility and craftsmanship throughout the store, reinforcing the brand’s narrative.

Zenn Design was engaged to create bespoke showpieces of upholstered, hand-turned solid charred timber stools and a structured, organically formed sofa.
