Situated in the inner-city suburb of Ascot Vale, this meticulously restored Victorian residence, once affectionately known as 'San Jose,' has been masterfully updated to serve as a contemporary family home poised for the next chapter of its life. This refined home features an array of design elements that seamlessly blend historical charm with modern sophistication. Highlights include a sunken lounge that offers an intimate, yet expansive living space, a gracefully spiraling staircase that serves as a focal architectural element, and arched steel windows that lend a timeless, elevated aesthetic.
