Yes you can! However we have a wide network of fabric suppliers and are able to source almost any fabric for you, so you don't need to!

Our website showcases some of our most popular fabric options. However, you are absolutely welcome to come to us with a fabric you have in mind and we can work with our vast network of fabric houses to source it for you. We can also organise fabric swatches to be sent to you. 

Yes! We can customise to any dimension providing it is going to be fit for purpose and functional as intended. Our Design Consultants will be able to guide you on this and can assist you in finalising your custom piece.

Yes – we love working on new designs with our amazing customers.

If you can sketch it or show some inspiration, we can help bring it to life. Make an appointment with our team in our showroom to get your dream piece made. 

Window Furnishings

If you're doing a roller blind and s-fold sheer curtain it is best to allow 220mm width and approx. 150mm deep.

A single window covering (s-fold style) will only need a width of approx. 120mm.

It really depends on your fabric but a general rule of thumb is 1/3 of the total width should be allowed for.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Lead times are typically 4-6 weeks once your order is placed. However in busier times these can extend to 6-8 weeks. Please get in touch to check lead times prior to ordering.

Collaboration pieces – Zenn Design x Christopher Blank Side Tables have a longer lead time of 8-12 weeks.

Christmas lead times are 8-10 weeks and we send you a progress update along the way.

Pleas note: this excludes fabric availability and delivery time frames.

Unfortunately we don't offer local pickup. We may be able to arrange this for for smaller items, such as ottomans.

Most of our items require assembly and are too large to collect. We have our trusted delivery team who are very skilled in handling and assembling all Zenn products.

Returns and exchanges

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our returns and exchange policy.

Due to the highly custom nature of our products we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In which case we would do everything possible to remedy the issue so you are 100% happy.

We advise coming in to our showroom to view fabrics and products prior to placing your order or ordering fabric samples to ensure you're happy with your selections.
