We are on the hunt for a part-time Studio Assistant to join our creative & close-knit team, based in our Caulfield South Showroom. 
Must have an eye for design, love interiors, be adaptable & happy to wear many hats.

About the Role: This role is perfect for someone who is looking to work long term within our company and grow with us.
The successful candidate will be:
  • assisting our office team
  • incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email
  • processing online and phone orders
  • creating work orders 
  • liaising with clients, trade representatives, fabric reps etc.
  • assisting trade and retail clients visiting our Showroom, as required
  • and other general administrative tasks

Requirements: A dynamic, confident and committed individual, who is driven and hardworking, enthusiastic and eager to learn. Must have an eye for detail, Strong Written and Verbal Skills, be Efficient, organised and able to work well alongside other team members and clients. Positive vibes, time management, communication and presentation skills essential!

Bonus: 
  • Xero Experience
  • Social media savvy
  • Great with SketchUp and Excel
  • Window Furnishing experience 
  • Background in Interior Design / fabrics / furniture or upholstery 
  • Graphic or marketing skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Shopify experience
