COVID PRODUCTION & SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to supply delays that Zenn Design cannot control, lead times for production manufacturing are temporarily no longer at our usual 2-4 week turnaround, they are currently at 8-12 weeks. Please consider this when placing your order and do not hesitate to contact Zenn Design at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions.

All Zenn Design products are delivered direct to our customer’s selected delivery address by our trusted and preferred delivery providers. After you have finalised your product choice you will be asked to select the delivery option appropriate to you. The delivery cost will then be automatically added to your order and the total cost will be updated.
Please choose carefully as we are not able to offer any refunds, exchanges or failure to observe shipping or dispatch information.

All goods are inspected and guaranteed free from faults. Zenn Design does a 100% quality check prior to dispatch. Zenn Design accepts no responsibility for damage which may occur during shipping/delivery.
Zenn Design cannot & does not guarantee shipping timeframes. They are at the discretion of the postal service that is used.
Delivery Fees For Custom Quotes
You must select 'Get Custom Quote’ for items requiring delivery outside a Metro area, or any orders with multiple products. (Zenn Design will contact you within 48 hrs from when your order is placed to confirm the best price we are able to provide you through our preferred courier providers for your type of order and location). We do this, to provide our customers with the most affordable shipping option we can possibly obtain.
Differences In Estimated Delivery Fees
If our delivery company considers your address outside of a Metro Area, Zenn Design reserves the right to alter or edit your Shipping Fee accordingly. Please note, if additional costs are required, the customer will be notified via an invoice with prompt payment expected prior to dispatch.
Pricing for regional areas will be quoted on an individual basis - please select a "Get Custom Quote" option upon checkout prior to finalising your online order. We will contact you with a tailored quote for delivery, which will be charged separately.
Delivery Times, Lead Times & Timeframes
At Zenn Design we appreciate affordable luxury, due to keeping shipping costs low for the benefit of our customers, please be advised that delivery of your order could arrive earlier/later than expected. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (business hours), excluding public holidays. Please monitor your tracking number for estimated delivery timeframes and dates. You may also contact the courier directly by clicking the tracking link provided upon your shipment confirmation email.
The standard lead-time for upholstered furniture items is approx. 4 weeks. Deliveries to WA, TAS and NT can take up to a week or more. Lead-times may also vary depending on fabric availability and any unforeseen production delays.
Orders placed between mid-October and mid-December are within our busiest pre-Christmas season. Orders placed within this timeframe may experience extended lead times. You will be notified via email if your order is affected by lead-times, or delays.
Conditions of Courier Delivery
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap. All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not accept or transport unpackaged items.
Zenn Design cannot & does not guarantee shipping timeframes. And cannot control deliveries or dispatch delays due to the implications of COVID. Delays are at the discretion of the courier service that is used. Please note, deliveries are serviced by a third party courier who are only able to deliver strictly to the ground floor of your residence.
Delivery is required to a ground floor entry point and does not include carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators, the assembly of any items or removing packaging. Please let us know if your delivery requires specialised movement or is above ground level, as we will need to provide you with a customised delivery quote and notify the courier company.
Please request a quote if you would like your items moved to a location within the home and/or assembled.
IMPORTANT - responsibility and liability for ensuring adequate access lies with the customer.
Please check the dimensions of the item purchased using the Zenn Design Size Specifications and allow an additional 500mm dimensions around each packaged item to ensure access is possible. Zenn Design does not accept responsibility or liability for items that cannot fulfil delivery due to access limitations. Please note, in the event of failed delivery due to restricted access, items can not be refunded and returns will not be accepted.
