Head of Brand (Full-Time)

We are looking for a full-time Head of Brand to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to truly carve out the future of Zenn.

You are a highly experienced individual leading the brand into the next phase of Zenn Design. You are a visionary leader, who combines strategic thinking with creative flair.

The Head of Brand plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the identity, reputation, and perception of Zenn Design. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build brand equity, foster brand loyalty, and drive business expansion and growth. They lead the ZD team working collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall set business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:
    – Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision, values, and business objectives.
    – Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning opportunities.
    – Define target audience segments and tailor brand messaging and positioning accordingly.
    – Establish brand architecture, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across all touch points.
  1. Brand Identity and Communication:
    – Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity.
    – Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including shoots, design assets, and brand collateral.
    – Lead marketing initiatives that effectively capitalise on the brand's story, values, and offerings.
    – Develop and manage content strategies across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, PR, and traditional advertising.
  1. Brand Experience Enhancement:
    – Enhance customer experience by ensuring brand alignment at every touchpoint, from product design to customer service interactions.
    – Implement brand activation initiatives, events, and partnerships to create memorable brand experiences and drive engagement.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
    – Lead a team of marketing, Designers, and Consultants.
    – Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and growth.
    – Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to maximise their potential and impact.
    – Report in regularly to Senior Management on all facets of the brand to ensure set objectives are on track.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, sales or related roles, with a track record of successfully building and managing brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in brand development, identity design, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Leadership experience, with demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams to achieve Zenn’s ambitious goals.
  • Thrive in a fun, creative and team oriented environment.
  • Passion for branding and trends, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
